origination fee for 30 years fix. I headed last week it was around 4.75%, recently a little increase, should I lock in? I am buying a new building house, the builder will help $5000 closing fee which include 1% origination fee, i think if i ask them to remove the origination fee, the rate will increase around 0.25-0.5.
I am in Atlanta, GA. Any suggestion? Also there are news about the
government will stop compensate the rate in th |
