homes, Obama is willing to pay them to leave. Please consider Program Will
Pay Homeowners to Sell at a Loss.
In an effort to end the foreclosure crisis, the Obama administration has
been trying to keep defaulting owners in their homes. Now it will take a
new approach: paying some of them to leave.

不会吧。short sale不成都会变foreclosure价钱也上不去。
不过有可能几个月内出现大量short sales。看来还得等。

发帖数: 4536 | 14 我们local的dailypress上看到的，去年底到一月有4，50个房子auction，然后到现在
也不见它们上市。
另外，我自己亲历的，去年6月下了个for short sale offer，出价很高了，可seller
不递交给银行。说起来不知道是不是这家seller看我们中国人就不卖给我们。后来10月
份突然降价，比我们事先的offer还低4.5万，我们又马上递offer，然后第三天就从市
场消失了，到现在没出来，我们的代理也一直没有这房子的信息。
我们这旮瘩就是挺刚性的，降不下来。
