第一天open house我和老婆就去看，当时还有若干家老中。开价41w。第二天我们开了
38w，被拒。当时据说还有另外一家offer。一周后我们agent打电话来说对方要40w，我
们开价39w。于是又没有下文了。agent要我们再加些钱我们没有同意。
我的想法是：如果过些天房子还没有卖掉，等对方再给counter offer时我们再个几千
成交，还有一个想法是现在直接加几千并声明是最后价格。请问这两种方案哪种更好？
因为价格差在1W以内，所以这只是一个讨价还价的策略问题。谢谢了。 | f*******6

then i told him my range, he told me the bidding plan.
finally, the bidding ends just after the first counter from me,
we ended up 10k less than our planned mid value.
what i mean is that the agent is expert enough for the value
of the house, so that u normally should respect his decision,
after he knows what u are thinking.

真幸运，好realtor.问问这个realtor给返点了么，是多少？好像有的说是帮你说价，
但是不返点。
