第一天open house我和老婆就去看,当时还有若干家老中。开价41w。第二天我们开了
38w,被拒。当时据说还有另外一家offer。一周后我们agent打电话来说对方要40w,我
们开价39w。于是又没有下文了。agent要我们再加些钱我们没有同意。
我的想法是:如果过些天房子还没有卖掉,等对方再给counter offer时我们再个几千
成交,还有一个想法是现在直接加几千并声明是最后价格。请问这两种方案哪种更好?

finally, the bidding ends just after the first counter from me,
we ended up 10k less than our planned mid value.
what i mean is that the agent is expert enough for the value
of the house, so that u normally should respect his decision,
after he knows what u are thinking.

真幸运,好realtor.问问这个realtor给返点了么,是多少?好像有的说是帮你说价,
但是不返点。
