that day. My lawyer told me bank will not be open on 2/15 and he is not
working either. Realtor and broker should be fine. Will this be a problem?

发帖数: 4965 | 6 要么争取在2月12日Closing，要么找Seller申请更改Closing Date到2月16日。
全国性节日不能做 Closing Day, 绝大多数银行会放假。
看了看，2010年里有两个Holiday容易被人选成 Closing Day （2月15日，5月31日）。

Friday, January 1 - New Year's Day
Monday, January 18 - Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
Monday, February 15 - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
Monday, May 31 - Memorial Day
Monday, July 5 - Independence Day
Monday, September 6 - Labor Day

Thursday, November 11 - Veterans Day
Thursday, November 25 - Thanksgiving Da
