saw a REO house with agent yesterday. It is not perfect to me, but still the
best of ones that I have seen recently. Since several families also showed
in that property while we were there, agent think we should not wait, and
gave full price offer plus several thousand more. The house is listed about
10% lower than market value I think. It's in a nice location. good school.
But lot is kind of small, very close to the neighbor from the back yar |
