书接上文，上次说道管道准备好了，这次说钻孔作挂机器的准备。
AK2100AS的设计有问题，用4个螺丝挂在柜子底下，但是，前边的2个螺丝位置被风扇壳
基本完全挡住了，根本无法拧螺丝，最好的办法就是在柜底打孔用螺栓挂；后2个螺丝
倒是好拧，没啥问题。再就是随机的螺丝/垫片，我建议不要用，太单薄了。
先把机器拆箱，拿纸壳做个模板，把开口的洞挖出来，4个挂点和穿电线的孔标出来。
我的柜底板是内凹的，另用快递的大信封做了个小模板挖洞。
另外，说明书里标的那个开口到墙的距离好像是错的，反正我是自己做的模板，根本没
看说明书。
模板用胶带贴在柜底，洞的圈用铅笔画；挂点我用大头针扎了一下，图上后边2个挂点
位置上的就是大头针，前2个位置一定好尽量准确，后2个标不标无所谓；穿电线孔不需
要多精确，差不多就成。
标好之后就是开洞了，开洞要用电钻/电锯，钻这个大家都知道，锯要用Reciprocating
Saw。先在圆环上随便一点钻个孔，孔大小要能伸进去Rec |

发帖数: 3340 | 2 然后就是钻前边2个挂螺杆的洞，AK2100AS的挂点相当靠2侧，首先拿出来我的新18V
wireless，结果18V太胖了靠不到孔的位置，又找出我以前修车的那个110v来，这个瘦
点，刚好；这东西好像是我至少5年前修车过程中需要，就近在学校旁的当铺买的used
，也就10刀左右吧，那盒钻头也是差不多时候买的，大概是HF的山寨品质，好像$5还是
$6，反正这十几刀的东西做这个足够了。地上那个深蓝色的是moving pad，搬家时买的
，平常室内活时我就铺地上了。
先用细钻头打一个贯穿孔，至于用多细的钻头取决于你柜底梁的厚度，细钻头也短，我
盒子里最细的1/16就不够长打不穿，我这个是用3/32打的。这个孔其实主要是练手用的
，毕竟挂点离侧板太近，稍微向侧板方向打斜了就有拧不上螺帽/垫片的可能，老手就
不需要了。打好这个空检查上边开口位置确认可以装上垫片/螺帽，就可以换钻头打打
孔了。
孔需要多大？这个要取决于螺杆有多粗，其实还是和你柜底梁的厚度有关，我需要螺杆
长3"的，在HD找了半天，3"厂最细的也是#10-32，这对hood来说已经很粗了，足购强壮
，再粗的恐怕就要比hood挂点的孔 |

default designed by Zephyr is to first screw the 4 long wood screws provided
by Zephyr to the cabinet bottom. Then lift the hood so that the the screws
are inserted in the 4 round holes on the hood and slide the hood back to
make screws sit in the rectanglar slots.
I got this from my superhandy friend after I installed mine using bolts (
what a pain) |

和你类似。
1、准确的定位4个木螺丝的位置是一个有相当难度的工作，zephyr连个模板纸都不给，
这要达到一次定位精确（注意，这个精确的要求可不低）那可不是给人干的活，你以为
打家都是机器人呀。
2、一旦预拧的螺丝位置偏几毫米或者斜了，拆下来调整位置那更是严重复杂的事情，要
知道偏1cm好办，偏1mm那可以是只有半个孔不到，先把原来的孔堵上，还得需要时间干
，再重新拧木螺丝......
这种design貌似轻巧的一句话说起来太简单的“拧4个木螺丝”，实际上的工作量可不这
么轻巧。我以前在auto版，修车的manual zutozone等店里常见的某版本俗称“害死你”
，就是类似你这样design，“拧下某螺丝”之类。
3、就算木螺丝拧好了（对了，拧螺丝时别忘了垫片），你觉得2个人举起这么重的机器
，在无法目视的情况下让螺丝头/垫片准确的落到大孔里是个简单的事么？这恐怕不是给
人DIY的，需要经过zephyr专业培训的安装人员。
至于我设计的这个螺栓发，那是完全针对生手DIY的，关键点就在前边2个

题。
4、考虑到要挂4个孔，预拧上去的螺丝恐怕要留很大一段在外头，挂上了后还得继续拧
紧把？后2个好办，前2个呢？fan壳挡着，而且随机带的那螺丝头巨小，要拧紧可不容
易。至于你说可以用那种蛇皮杆的螺丝刀，我只能说没试过的没有发言权，那东西很难
用，主要是顶不住螺丝。
在我的方法里这个就简单了，螺帽从上边拧，下边的头拿螺丝刀卡一下就可以了。
5、千辛万苦拧好了，现在，问题又来了。zhphyr design这个工序是对上去，然后把
hood向前推挂住的，这样以来，hood后面和墙留下了相当宽的缝。
我的方法显然不会出现这种情况。

发帖数: 3340 | 9 其实这也不怪你，高分低能是教育的错，大家基本都是国内幼儿园到大学上出来的，读
书读得就是这模式，能力都体现在考试上了，考语言能比人家说母语的强。别说这类工
序/工艺上的问题，就是更纸面一些的设计搞个鸡/蛋问题出来的也很常见。

bad installation design. BTW, my superhandy friend is a real expert in home
improvement. He is even better than some pros.
I used similar method as you did. I still had a hard time because I used 2
strengthing wood strips screwed to the cabinet bottom and one hole just
missed the wood strip.
I donot see how you could do it 100% by urself. To a roo |

对了，mamual上有如何装呀，BBS上是我说的建议用螺栓挂，就是因为我读了manual后发
现这方法不是给正常人干的。你不会先看bbs装完了再看manual把？

either. By lookingagain at the shapes of the 4 installation holes on the
hood, I was convinced that they were designed for sliding installation (
though a bad one).

有点疑问
为什么这个油烟机不同时设计一个可以装在后墙（STUD）的支撑呢？
如果只考虑CFM大，选用哪个牌子比较好？

1. 外面两个螺丝是挂的，里面两个可以用长螺丝刀，当然pilot hole是预先打好的。
