我看我们州好像就是electrician,plumber,HVAC这样的需要license哇
其他建筑方面的trade都不是以是否有license来衡量，而是以经验和实
际出活的质量来衡量

you can do your 120sqft in half day. you'll need some cement and
a tile cutter to do the work.

发帖数: 676 | 8 纯LABOR 的话， $10/sqft 太贵了。 Home Depot给提供的CONTRACTOR也就$3-4/sqft. 铺STONE 的砖贵一些，$5/sqft 左右。
Again, Craigslist 找人便宜。

LICENSE，有人会说没有。 不知道弄个LICENSE 难度如何。
经验和实际出活的质量来衡量没错， 不过经验基本上听本人自吹难以验证，实际出活
的质量事前无法知道。 就是打电话去问问REFRENCE。

which leaves only very narrow 1/8" gap between tiles and it's also stain
free. This kind of grout is more expensive and requires better skill, not
all contractor can do the epoxy grout, so the labor would be higher. The
contractor we used for our 600 sqf tile needed floor areas charged us about
$4/sqf and additional $500 for epoxy grout. The thing is, we needed the tile
to be elevated to match our hardwood floor and they d

backboard.

发帖数: 22 | 12 给个参考吧，我家换了厨房和两个卫生间，大约360sqft,共花了材料1300，人工1800.
材料：我买的tile是大约1.5-1.7/sqft的价位，我的材料比较贵，因为墙边的踢脚线（
base moulding)也换了，还有什么马桶下的垫圈，tile下面的水泥板什么的。
人工：HD和Lowes标出来的什么4刀/sqft都是带脚标，你仔细读读就发现这个价钱不含
lay cement board,还有就是房间面积一样，但是layout不一样的话价钱也有差别。什
么拐角，angled edge都要多花钱的，因为tile要切割，很麻烦。 |

labor花了1200多.
换个人, 拆base board, 之类的都要另外加钱. |
