I found redfin keeps updating multiple times everyday. An example like me,
just a few hours after the contract was signed by both parties, the status
on redfin turned into contingency. During my shopping, I found a lot of
houses listed on realtors.com are not "active" as stated. I googled the MLS
shown on realtors.com directly and found these houses are recorded either as
pending, contingency or as sold on redfin.com
