Even as we wade through the wreckage of the housing collapse, Americans
remain a staunchly house-proud people. And our government is apparently
determined to encourage us: This month, President Obama signed into law
an extension and expansion of the popular homebuyer tax credit, which
had been scheduled to expire at the end of November. But before you
rush out to claim your extra cash, take a moment to make sure you're

Hohoho, the author should never compare America to other countries when it
comes to better citizens. What works for other countries don't necessarily
work here, and vice versa.
To prove America is different, I just need to mention one thing, this is the
only country whose federal code dedicates a whole chapter to "Exclusion of
Chinese". Yup, just double-check the Code, it's still right there, Title 8,

This idiotic code just proved one thing: this land doesn't belong to us,
Chinese. I buy properties here just for one purpose, to make money.
