reserve fund用来做的吗？？
还有好像是现在银行都基本不会借钱给我们买有lawsuit的房子了。
FYI,我要买的是一个condo,那个lawsuit是有一个从来没有住在那里的人告HOA什么
damage. 2004年的事了。 |
