三周前和AGENT看了一处房子。觉得还可以10.6下的OFFER。当时只知道卖方欠IRS钱
。AGENT没有细说,我也没太在意。上周突然被告知 "the seller has outstanding
judgments against her from the IRS". 大约要25天才有结果。不排除被IRS拒绝的
可能。我担心不能在11/30前CLOSE,要求撤销OFFER。但卖方不同意,如果延期,
卖方也不愿意支付我$8000。
我的问题是,对于the seller has outstanding judgments against her from the
IRS的房子,卖方是否有义务在签合同前告知买方?买方是否可以以不知情为理由取消
合同?
有谁知道,请告知。谢谢各位。我是第一次来家居生活版.前两年老关心移民版。现在
又要为买房操心了。在美国生活,真不容易!

The agent just want to do this bussiness and always stand with the seller.
Actually the seller's agent told me that he informed my agent about this
issue at start. My agent hid it. so I totally cannot trust my agent. I may
ask some other agents.
