easy commute to Georgetown and Safe/quiet neighborhood. I know that the
streets that are in the Mclean HS and Marshall HS districts are pretty good.
There are some relatively new houses available in Annadale and Falls Church
. I know there is a large Chinese School in Annadale. There might be a large
population of Chinese living in this area. I worry about the community
safety based on the Demographics information. Can a |

In this kind of communties, good quality houses are more affordable. Thanks.

发帖数: 206 | 5 I knew this. The houses in good school dustricks are much more expensive. I
am thinking to buy a house in a not-very-good school district, but good
communities. Then good houses (houses quality, and commute conditions) are
more affordable.
