have been very much discouraged from many banks and agents until I found
this great Chinese agent.
I started to contact him on 10/2 and we closed on 10/16 today. Here are some
basic information about my refinance:
30 year fixed.
5.25% old rate.
4.875% new rate.
$280000 loan.
LTV<80%.
Excellent credit score.
Old loan balance not increased.
No prepayment penalty.
Can refinance after 4 months.
Only paid escrow property tax and |

His office is in Virginia. You don't have to go to his office. For my case,
all the documents were done through phone and email. I scanned some of the
needed documents, like bank statement, driver's licenses, etc, and sent him
in email. In this way I didn't need fax which I don't have. The closing was
done in a title and escrow company in Rockville, MD, which is quite close to
