I got a DVI-D to VGA adapter, it is not working!
(dvi-d doesn't have extra 4 pins, dvi-i has 4 pins)
I got two questions,
1) for a dvi to vga adapter, must the adapter have the extra 4 pins? (in
other words, adapter has to be dvi-i)
2) does the adapter convert digital signal to vga?
or video card convert digital to vga and use the 4 extra analog pins to
transfer to vga port? |
