发帖数: 1334 | 1 两周前考的，复习过程没什么好说的，反正就是看lecture和做题，顺便转让我的
lecture notes和模拟考题，再加一部分自己按照chapter总结好的questions
最重要的几点体会
（1）高频题一定要看，虽然现在出现的不多，但是还是有，大概10-15题的样子，不要
记答案，有些题目估计把not去掉迷惑你
（2） 新题一定要看，网上现在有的那些11后面的题目一定要看！！！ 一定要多看几
遍，有些新题没有答案，只给了题目，自己要能找到相关chapter在哪里，如果自己能
确定答案就更好
（3）uspto网上的AIA question值得看看，有考到
http://www.uspto.gov/patent/laws-and-regulations/america-invent
（4） 那种软软的ear plugs很好用，防噪音效果很好，就是cord要提前剪掉
（5） break的时候一定要吃点东西，下午三个小时考的饿死了 |

发帖数: 1334 | 2 还有一点昨天忘记提及了，PLT有考到，因为是13年12月才effective的，好像目前接触
到的考题里都没有过PLT的东西。具体要看考题里给出的日期，如果是after PLT，下面
这两点一定要注意！！！
（1） Procedures for filing patent app.: a nonprovisional app. (other than a
design) may be filed without claims and/or drawings or may be filed by a
ref. to a previously filed app. However, the app. will not be in examiner’s
docket until the app. includes a spec. including at least one
claim.
（2） Restoration of the right of priority to a foreign app. or a
provisional app.: may claim priority to a foreign app. or a provisional app.
filed up to 14 months earlier ( 8 months for designs) if the application
includes a petition to restore the right of priority that has been granted
by the Office of Petition |

报。
我7年前有个camera red light ticket $117, 司机都不是我， 当时因为嫌麻烦，就没
有argue. 这个需要申报吗？ |

最重要的几点体会
（1）高频题一定要看，虽然现在出现的不多，但是还是有，大概10-15题的样子，不要只
记答案，有些题目故意把not去掉迷惑你，还有一题把moon rock (10.03.6p)改成了sea
shell rock，真是醉了
（2） 新题一定要看，现在有的那些2011后面的题目一定要看！！！ 一定要多看几
遍，有些新题没有答案，只给了题目，自己要能找到相关chapter在哪里，如果自己能
确定答案就更好
（3）uspto网上的AIA question值得看看，有考到

（4）我感觉大概70%的考点还是自己要记住的，有些题目，查menu要查好几个chapter
，真的好坑人

（7） 好好准备，放轻松，肯定会pass。虽然去年passing rate是42，从AIA开始后一
年比一年低，但是对中国人来说应该不算什么，国内的专利代理人资格考试passing
rate是十几，而且是闭卷，好好准备，肯定可以过，战线不要拉的太长，2-3个月差不
多。 |
