I do not believe there is a best firm or agent for everyone. Choosing a
patent agent may depend on pluralities of factors you may concern. Thus
more information would help for recommending agents. Here are some examples
of concern factors:
you anticipation: which is more important, price or service? communication
or creativity? Overall, good, or large firms charge more and pay less
attention to small clients, however, experienced firms are less likely to
make fatal mistakes...
your area: software, electrics, mechanics, biology, chemistry, etc....there
are quite some excellent firms only focusing on certain application areas
and having attorneys with precious industry or academic background.
your application areas: worldwide, Europe, Asia, or USA only. | S***i
