the brand name "BAFX Products". We have purchased said product from you and
have verified it is not produced by our company and that you have not
obtained our permission to use our trademark. This infringes on the
trademark and copyrights of us here at BAFX Products.
The brand name "BAFX Products" for the above mentioned item is a registered

The GTIN 859261003127 is a registered GTIN of BAFX Products. You can find

We do not wholesale our products to any other seller there for the product
which you are listing under our name CANNOT have been produced by us, cannot
legally have the matching UPC code on it, and cannot legally hold our
trademarked name on the item.
According to amazon rules of conduct the product you are selling on a
listing MUST match everything in the listing. From the UPC code to the
packaging of the item itself. Being said we ask that you immediately cease
and desist listing your item under the pretense that it is produced by us
here at BAFX. Failure to do so within the next 24 business hours will result
in us taking further action. The first step being contacting Amazon.com
directly to have you removed from the listing, this can result in the
suspension of your selling privileges permanently.
If your business still continues to violate our trademark rights we will
