在网上看职位，大多数都是要求bio／chem phd，然后要有3－5年的patent law／IP经
验，请问如果大家都要这个经验，那像我们这样刚phd毕业，没经验的，这个经验都是
从哪里来的呢？internship？还是什么？到哪里去找？
另外这种职位对身份有要求么？是不是没有绿卡就别想了？

早3-5年入行的话还比较容易
现在的唯一方法就是海投，不要理会网站上的要求，撞上一个算一个

pass patent bar next
then, take any patent agent job you can find.
after you get some experience under your belt, move to a better firm.
networking is key. go talk to anyone you might have connection with, such as
friend's friends and alumni, who works in patent law. getting a job by
referral is much easier than sending hundreds of resumes. Well, this
applies to seeking jobs in any field. |

如果全靠你自己的话,是要尽快拿绿卡,再考虑其他的.
