back in china, so hopefully some one could help us out.
my relatives back in China is under going a child adoption procedure. But
the case is kind of special because the child's Mom abandoned the child 3
yrs ago after the child is born and disappeared without any contact with the
child's father. And the child's father is eager to get married and want to
get rid of this child as well. So my folks want to adopt this child, but the
procedure seem required the signature from the child's Mom. Since she
disappeared so long, does anybody here know what the relevant regulation is
in china and where could we find the related law info?
