I wonder where we can find information about our legal violations such as
speeding tickets. The application forms (and bar exam) says it is required
to report these information, such as when, where and results. I got some
speeding tickets several years ago and lost all the related information.
They said parking tickets are ok, but how about speeding tickets? help
please!
Thanks! | m*******i 发帖数: 43 | 2 这个。。。我觉得speeding tickets应该不错吧? 不是很确定。 | d********2 发帖数: 44 | 3 You may call (1) the DMV, (2) your insurance agent/firm, or (2) your bank
for that specific check.
If the DMV still has it, ask them also to provide a certification that you
have paid the required fine or you have fulfilled a defensive class. Or you
may be able to get a driver record, which will show your violations. Note
that some DMVs only maintain a 3-year record, and you may not be able to
locate the record that is older.
Once you find it, keep a copy, because such questions may also be as |
