Supposed that the victim doesn't have time to make a long-time law case.
I thought about two ideas, appreciate any comments from experts. thanks.
1. to find several points that website may violate other big companies'
benefits such as intellgent properties. And write letter to that big company
and encourage the big company to go court with that website owner.
2. to find some sensitive information and write letter to FBI or w | f***y

By the way, IP is intellectual property, not "intell ..".
