发帖数: 26 | 3 Under Chapter 11, there is a priority list of payment (section 507), AFTER
they pay the secured creditors. You are probably under 7th order on that
list. It will be very hard to get any money back even you were the 1st order
on that list, since the secured creditors have the first priority above all
, and may claim most of the pie. (you can google chapter 11 on wiki)
Also it looks like an executory contract, the court may reject it at the
first place to financially favor the company and its cred |
