It is a knowledge based exam, not the same as LSAT. More or less, it simply
tests your familiarity with the MPEP and how much detail you can remember.
It is an open book exam, meaning that an MPEP including the 35 USC statues
and 37 CFR rules are available, where you can find the answers for a lot of
the questions without any twists or turns. However, you still need to
