One of my friends told me that there is a position called the coroner's
office in the government which also requires the MD degree, his local
government has four openings, and his collegue(sic)'s son went to
apply... (you get the idea)...
so not all doctors make good money. Doctors are just like MBA!

Earning $125K is not a bad thing; however, when you make that much money, you'
ll find that most people around you earn more than what you do. As a matter
of fact, your partner is likely to earn 1000 times what you earn. And the
environment is just like in the military.
You might also be surprised to learn that someone civil trial attorney in the

average income for a lawyer nationwide is less than 100 K. Then there is a
report, see the 1st sentence under the heading "money and salary":

(Note that if one is still in a lawrge private law firm after 15 years, he or
she probably is a partner by then.)
