我们目前在帮客户，国内一家知名财富管理集团，招聘美国CEO。工作地点在硅谷。具
体见要求： 岗位设置目的(Objective):
To establish USA branch, and to lead the business development and team
management.
职责描述(Accountabilities):
1. To establish USA branch, management policies and institution, assist to
get licenses which are necessary to business development in USA; 2. To
organize resources both in headquarter (Shanghai, China) and overseas
branches, to search and screen fund of fund products (hedge fund, mutual
fund, quantitative fund etc.), and assist to introduce suitable products
into clients, mostly Chinese high-net-worth individuals and a few
institutional clients; 3. As business growing up, to assist high-net-worth
individual clients development.
任职资格(Qualification):
1. Major in finance/accounting/economy/mathematics etc., bachelor degree or
above; 2. Above 10 years working experiences in investment banking,
especially in fund product searching and screening (hedge fund, mutual fund,
quantitative fund etc.), be familiar with various fund products in USA or
north American financial market; 3. Have solid network with fund institution
and fund managers, and with deep understanding of their products;
4. Honest，down-to-earth，self-motivate，compressive, and adaptable to the
changes; 5. Logical thinking, open minded, good communication skill and
service awareness and attitude.
具体职位方向：
Experienced Fund Product Director/Project Director/Sales Director, Chinese
descendants only, speaking Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese are necessary. 另外
， 客户补充说明：我们已拿到 1 个美国金融牌照，正在获取另 2 个重要的美国金融
牌照。此岗位目前的核心 工作是，在美国市场上筛选FOF产品（主要是对冲基金、共同
基金、量化基金），销售给中 国国内的高净值客户。 如果候选人在美国有高净值客户
资源，是加分的，但不是必须的。 我们需要华裔，必须要能说点中文，普通话戒广东
