BEOL integration manager position is located in Taiwan. This position is
responsible for managing the next generation (1x node) FINFET BEOL projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
1. Next generation (1x node) BEOL baseline process integration, test pattern
design and WAT data analysis.
2. SRAM yield improvement on BEOL issue.
3., BEOL process reliability Qualification
Qualification:
1. Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering
2. At least 8 years process integration experience in advanced logic
technology, must have experiences in BEOL, SRAM experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with logic technology development process flow. Knowledge of
device is preferred.
3. Proven capability in program management, willing to make commitment.
4. Good communication skill, fluent in both English and Mandarin is
preferred.
