的process都熟悉，但还没有捞到工业界processing工作的经验。
请问: Process integration engineer位置的面试一般会涉及哪些方面的问题呢？会很
具体到某一个流程中某种材料的选择之类的吗？
请有经验的前辈指点，也可站内信，感激不尽！ |

发帖数: 339 | 7 小弟不才，靠朋友递简历，拿到了Intel的Failure Analysis Engineer的offer，主要
做prototype device的电学测量，不做TEM等材料分析。另外纽约上州IBM一个BEOL
process integration的职位也on-site面试过，有口头offer。
虽然这两家都不在湾区，但硅谷有很多经验丰富的半导体工程师，所以想请教一下前辈
们，从职业发展来看，是公司实力重要还是在公司内的具体职位重要，这两个职位各有
什么优劣，以后的前景如何？因为没有家庭因素需要考虑，所以地域和薪酬都不用作为
衡量标准。

并宣布将在
2011年下半年发布相关产品。
当然了，新型半导体工艺的实现并不是Intel一家就能做到的，背后默默贡献半导体设
备的功臣却往往
不为人所知。Arete Research LLC公司的分析师Jagadish Iyer在一份报告中指出，
Intel即将
最终决定22nm光刻工艺设备的供应商，最终入围的是荷兰ASML Holding NV和日本尼康
两家。
其实在更早的45nm世代，ASML和尼康也曾双双成为Intel的光刻设备供应商，但在32nm
节点上Intel
首次应用了沉浸式光刻技术，只有尼康一家提供相关设备，如今ASML又要回来了。
此番ASML提供的光刻机为“NXT:1950i”，每台平均售价4000万欧元(5440万美元)，负
责40％的前道
(FEOL)光刻层；尼康的光刻机则是“S620D”，报价3000万美元，负责60％的后道(BEOL
)光刻层。
Intel的22nm工艺将有45个光刻层，其中55％需要进行沉浸式光刻。
在22nm工艺上，Intel会继续使用193n |

面，IBM的是BEOL Process Integration，这两个都不用直接对manufacturing负责。想
问问各位前辈，如果做probing engineer的话，是不是职业发展的选择就很窄了，今后
只能一直做FA？综合两家公司和两个职位来看，哪一个会是更好的选择？
