发帖数: 2 | 1 Announcement of “Young Chemists Forum at Zhejiang University”
It is our sincere pleasure to invite you to Hangzhou this autumn for the
Second Young Chemists Forum at Zhejiang University. The attendees should
hold a Ph.D. (or, expecting a Ph.D. degree in 2014) in the field of
chemistry or related fields. About 10-15 young scientists will be selected
from the candidates. For each successful attendee, Zhejiang University shall
provide up to $1500 USD for international airfare to Hangzhou (round trip,
economy class), as well as your local accommodations and meals at Hangzhou.
The main topics of the Forum are the frontiers of chemistry, chemical
research in China, and chemical education in Chinese universities.
Candidates from all sub-fields of chemistry shall be considered although the
following sub-fields are of special interest to this conference:
(1) spectroscopy
(2) computational chemistry
(3) synthesis and applications of advanced materials
(4) total synthesis of natural products and asymmetric catalysis in organic
synthesis
(5) chemical biology

zju.edu.cn). The application should include CV, publication list and 3-5
representative publications (PDF format). The deadline for application is
August 20th, 2014. The forum will be held on October 24-26th, 2014.

第二届浙江大学“青年化学家论坛”将于2014年10月24-26日在浙江大学（杭州）举行
。申请人需已获得或将于2014年获得化学或相关学科博士，并在8月20日前提交申请。
组委会将从申请人中遴选10-15人来杭赴会。浙江大学为参会者提供来回国际旅费（不
超过1500美金，经济舱）以及杭州当地食宿费用。本次论坛的主题覆盖化学所有的前沿
领域，但我们特别鼓励具有以下学术背景的博士申请参加本次会议。
1）光谱和质谱
2）计算化学
3）高新材料的合成与应用
4）天然产物全合成和有机不对称合成
5）化学生物学
有效申请需包括个人简历、论文发表明细、3-5篇代表性论文（pdf文件），并请于8月
