Responsibilities:
Managing the receiving and loading out sand bags.
Maintaining an accurate accounting of warehouse inventory.
Monitoring all personnel entering and exiting the warehouse.
Auditing materials received against bill of materials and kit according to
job requirements.
Directing daily activity of facilities maintenance personnel
Ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness
Administering facility preventative maintenance work and break-fix repairs.
Requirements:
Must English/Chinese speaking
Should be highly detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to carry out tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attendance, dependability and reliability are essential.
Must be able to perform general physical activities common to warehouse
management (i.e. climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping).
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Ability to maintain reports and other required documents.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational
skills.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft programs including MS Outlook
email, MS Word and MS Excel.
