Job Description
The Graduate Research Internship Program (GRIP) at Gannon University (gannon
.edu) is looking for a professional, well-organized, self-motivated, and
reliable graduate student to fill up a graduate level intern position at
General Electric (GE) transportation.
The intern position requires the candidate to register as a full-time
graduate student at Gannon University in Spring 2014. The student is
expected to work 20 hours per week with the pay rate of $20/hour ($21,600/
year).
Requirements
• Working toward their MS degree in CIS at Gannon University
• Understanding the software development life cycle, from
requirements gathering, requirements documentation, design,
implementation, and testing
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and .NET.
• Understanding the concept of OOP
• Familiar with Unix, Linux, or QNX
• Working experience in industry is preferred
