Qualifications

You should possess a Masters degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations,
Organizational Behavior, Business Administration (or other similar masters
degree with related work experience).
Please note that only students that have recently graduated, or will
graduate from an accredited 4-year U.S. university are eligible for these
positions.
Additional qualifications include:
Knowledge of HR related principles and procedures in the areas of
recruitment, training, business analysis, compensation, benefits and/or
generalist
Capability of generating solutions to a wide variety of HR issues and
developing a strong working knowledge of multiple HR functions
Required Skillsets: Issue resolution, ability to influence, time
management, team focused, data oriented, self-driven, and communication
skills
Demonstrated ability to work and deliver results in a dynamic, cross
functional, team oriented environment
Experience/Comfort working autonomously
Experience in project management and in positions of leadership strongly
preferred

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be able to rotate in Human Resources teams
including, but not limited to, business partner or generalist, HR operations
, staffing, compensation, benefits and training. You will be assigned
project work and will be expected to drive sound business decisions while
maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity. You will also
have the opportunity to demonstrate personal initiative, creativity,
planning and execution.
Your job assignments could include:
Designing and developing strategic, corporate programs
Consulting for HR solutions that meet business objectives such as
organizational redesign, compensation review, and workforce planning.
Creating and defining business processes that improve efficiency
Partnering with other HR functions to define and implement program changes
Delivering HR services to employees
Location:Beijing
