Establishes personal credibility and business partnerships with the Shanghai
Management Team by understanding the business and advising on the possible
impact of actions on the agency

Provides guidance to agency leaders on effective employee relations and
human resources utilization
发展与公司商业计划和目标相符的员工和组织战略
Develops staffing and organizational strategies aligned with the agency’s
business plan and business goals
对组织和绩效管理问题提供指导和咨询
Provides coaching and counseling related to organizational and performance-
management issues
当人力资源总监与员工主管的都有连带责任时，扮演经理顾问和员工的顾问/中间人的
角色
Serves as internal consultant to managers and advisor/mediator in employee
situations in which discipline is joint responsibility of the Director of
Human Resources and employee supervisor
提醒管理层所有离职员工的终止时间；监督离职员工的所有相关问题
Advises management regarding all employee terminations; oversees all aspects
of employee terminations
管理和领导直接汇报的下属：包括人力资源通才、人力资源专员、办公室行政专员、前
台、资深阿姨；指导和培训下属员工，分配工作
Provides leadership and professional development to direct reports: an HR
Generalist, HR Administrator. Mentors and trains employees, allocates work.

Works with the HR Generalist to develop and implement a comprehensive and
effective benefits program for all local and foreign employees
监督人力资源通才招聘公司不同职务的整个流程：候选人的筛选-评估-薪资谈判-完成
选拔；直接处理高职务的谈判和筛选
Oversees the HR Generalist in the full recruiting cycle from candidate
sourcing and evaluation to offer negotiation and closing for a wide range of
agency positions; directly handles high level position negotiations and
closings
建立符合整个公司目标的人力资源/行政管理部门的目标和系统
Establishes goals, objectives and systems for the HR/Administration
department in line with overall agency goals
通过全球人力资源+行政总监的监督，完成上海分公司的全球人力资源计划，以创建一
致性、推动员工绩效并增强沟通
Through oversight of Global HR + Administration Director; works to align
Shanghai office with Global Human Resources programs to create consistency,
drive performance and strengthen communication
负责遵守法律法规规定的就业、福利、办公大楼安全法律和条列
Responsible for legal compliance with employment, benefits and building-
safety laws and regulations
建立和维护对规章、行业趋势、新的发展和适用的人力资源法律的充分意识和理解
Maintains and establishes full awareness and understanding of regulations,
industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable HR laws
为明确招聘职位要求和职位能力以确保候选人符合要求
Identifies position requirements and position competencies to ensure
candidates are qualified

Partners with HR Generalist to develop and implement creative, proactive and
effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term recruitment
goals in order to source the best talent

Sources and screens qualified candidates, leverages Internet Job Boards,
employee referrals and direct cold calling techniques
通过监督人力资源通才，从面试团队中收集并巩固反馈和提供雇用经理或团队便利的雇

Through oversight of HR Generalist, gathers and consolidates feedback from
interview team members and provides to hiring manager or team to facilitate
hiring decisions

Manages candidates seamlessly through the interview process, setting
accurate expectations, providing feedback, negotiating and closing all
offers when appropriate
开发和实施公司实习项目
Develops and implements agency internship programs
进行离职面谈时收集员工离职的原因与他在公司的条件
Conducts exit interviews to gather data on the reasons for the employees’
exits and conditions in the agency
Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements
商业本科专业，人力资源管理专业优先
Bachelor’s degree in Business required, preferably with a concentration in
Human Resources Management
7年以上中型企业人力资源部的管理经验，广告公司或其他创意环境优先
Minimum 7 years’ experience managing a Human Resources department in a
medium-sized organization, preferably in an advertising agency or other
creative environment
必须具备注重强大战略能力和可操作、可实施的细节视角
Must possess a strong tactical focus as well as an operational,
implementation and detail oriented perspective

Ability to advise, recommend suggestions and communicate with employees at a
variety of levels and across functions
