Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research in the areas of food science / food chemistry and apply the research results to develop appliances/application aiming at improving people’s lifestyle.
2. Develop technologies to preserve nutrients in food and beverage during cooking processes, and improve organoleptic properties of the product at the same time.
3. Explore process conditions that generate health beneficial bio-actives, such as resistant starch, during food cooking processes.
4. Lead project independently, and deliver results in timely manner.
5. Coordinate among team members to ensure project progress.
6. Communicate project progress, results with stakeholders effectively.
7. Identify new research areas for kitchen appliance development.
Requirements:
1. PhD or MS. In food science, preferably in food chemistry.
2. Working experience in food science/industry is a plus.
3. Passionate about research work, supported by publications,patents,etc
4. Flexible, open minded, able to work on multi projects in different areas.
5. Enjoy working in team environment with diverse culture background.
6. Good communicate skill, fluent English (spoken and writing).
