goals
Tasks will be determined in conjunction with their sales counterpart (
Director of Strategic Accounts or DSA); and rewarded with commission
variable pay
Reward – Solutions Engineers have a shared success goal (revenue) with
the DSA they support, i.e. variable pay linked to sales performance
Skills and Experience:
Exceptional ‘technical’ sales skills and a proven track record as a pre-
sales solutions engineer in successful sales environments. An A grade Sales
Solutions Engineer and over achiever
Strong technical understanding of Windows based infrastructures
Extensive field sales experience as a technical consultant or Solutions
Engineer in an enterprise software environment
Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Systems Center Configuration
Manager (SCCM) environments, and/or other systems management environments (
BigFix, Tivoli, LanDesk etc.), and of corporate datacenters
Experience in implementing and/or managing SCCM solutions (and/or other
Systems Management solutions – BigFix, Tivoli, LanDesk etc.), in large
organisations. Some knowledge of/exposure to 1E solutions would be
beneficial
