Our Client:
Our client is a global leading CRO company, with fast growing in Greater
China,as the partner of the enterprise, we are looking for talent from both
China or overseas to join with our client.
Key Responsibilities:
The senior Bio statistician works independently in the production and
quality control of analysis plans, reports, derived data sets, tables,
listings and figures, provides statistical advice to clients and fulfills
the project primary role within a designated project team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and lead multi-projects team to successful completion of
projects within given time lines and budget
2. Interact with clients as key contact with regard to statistical and
contractual issues
3. Perform QC of derived data sets and both simple and advanced tables,
figures and data listings produced by other members of the department
4. Understand and apply advanced statistical methods
5. Lead production and quality control of randomization, analysis plans,
statistical reports, statistical sections of integrated clinical reports and
other process supporting documents.
6. Provide broad statistical support, including trial design, protocol, and
CRF development on specific studies
7. Perform sample size calculations, generate randomization lists and write
statistical methodology sections for inclusion in study protocols
Skills:
1. Good Statistical analytical skills
2. Good project management skills
3. Attention to detail
4. Thorough understanding of statistical issues in clinical trials
5. Prior experience with SAS programming required
6. Good mentoring/leadership skills.
7. Multi-projects and cross-functions management skills
Education:
1. Minimum of first degree (master or equivalent) in Bio-statistics/
Mathematics/Statistics or another relevant discipline
Language Skills:
1. Good communication skills essential
