qualified candidate when you were asked about compensation expectations.
Once your qualification is confirmed, then you can tell him/her that you
will accept a reasonable market level package that reflect my contribution
and value to the company.
People have different opinions, I am not against telling the hiring manager
your current compensation. I think it is easier to deal with if you use a
recruiter.
