发帖数: 1 | 1 最近被这个group project搞得有点不知所措，因为第一次遇到这种情况，希望大家能
给我一些建议，如何处理这种情况，以及我说话有什么不妥的，非常感谢！
这是一个三个人的group project。A, B 和我。
第一次作业是4.19号交。
4.17号我们商量说4.18号2点开会讨论一下怎么分配任务，4.18号2点01分的时候，A说
她有一个作业4.18号要交，不能开会了，让我们讨论完了直接把任务分配给她，然后我
们讨论完了就跟A讲清楚了她要干什么。因为我预感A可能没时间做，我就先把她的部分
做了一些。4.19号，我们在群里面问A，A一直不回消息，然后下午4点我发邮件问她，
她回邮件说她还在做另一个作业，然后6pm会加入我们，结果一直到我们交了作业也没
看见她。
这次最后的作业是这5.01号交，B 4.24号说27号4pm有没有时间讨论一下，然后A 邮件
、Whatsapp都不回，我以为她又不会参加讨论，没想到她居然来参加了，然后我们粗略
的分配了一下，说4.29再updata、讨论下一步计划。
刚刚我在Whatsapp群里面问她们什么时候有时间，因为我感觉A好像回邮件比较快，我
就又发了邮件问她们，没想到A主动私戳我，然后发生了下面的不愉快的对话：
A: Hey! Just wanted to say that I know I haven't been able to give much time
for this project. Do you have any finals this week or next week? Or have
you taken distributed systems course?
我：Yes I have final exam for xxx and a core course.
A: Oh Next week right? Oh btw any luck with finding an internship?
我：Yes, one final presentation tomorrow. My internship was cancelled. What
about you?
A: No internship yet. I had 2 submissions yesterday and day before and I
have another project due on Friday.
我：How do you want to deal with this project?
A: I'm sorry but I won't be able to work on it till tomorrow
我：I think it might be unfair if we are graded based on a group of 3, if
only two people are active. To be honest, I am not sure when you can start.
Last time, you said you would join us at 6pm. But you didn’t, right?
A：I think you're being unfair by targeting me so much. It's not like I won'
t be doing anything.
我：And I was afraid of this. Oh, really
A: And you don't know how much I have on my plate right now so why are you
judging me so much?
我：Ok, but what do you do last time? Everyone is busy not only you.
A：I agree and I'm not denying that I didn't do anything last time. But why
do you have to be so rude?
我：I don't think I am rude.
A: I am going to work on it as soon as I can
我： I don't give false words. I only said some truth right?
A: Have you worked in teams before?
我：Sure. But I didn’t meet with such thing before. So I don't know how to
deal with this
A: And I haven't met anyone who talks like this
我：Sorry, I have no experience about this. Maybe I am not tolerant enough.
Sorry for this
A: Clearly. What makes you think that this behavior will make people want to
work with you?
我：But I am afraid that if we wait for you to finish something, then you
just disappear. Do you think people will want to work with you?
A: I did reply to your mail right?
我：Yes, but you didn’t tell us that you cannot do anything. Just think
about it. If we wait for you, what would happen? We cannot submit it on time.
A: I understand. And I'm sorry about that. But you still can't talk to
someone like this. This won't ever work in your favor
我：I think you needed to tell us what happened. And tell us in advance if
you cannot finish your part. So that we can catch it. Do you think this is
correct? Which sentence I said do you think is not appropriate? Please tell
me so that I can improve myself next time:)
A:I thought I'll talk things out with you. But I cant bring you to
understand anything. So I'll just disappear again I guess. I'm good at it
anyway :/. I'll update on the group tomorrow night about the project. Thanks
for your time.

我：Good luck with your assignments and exams. And your internship.
