疯狂的问细节问题，好在之前做的东西很类似回答的很流畅，可是原本安排45分钟的面
试只持续了18分钟，说是没问题了，最后结束的时候还说觉得我match职位。哪知道今
天hr打电话说该烙印说我经验不够，直接move on了，烙印真恶心啊。 后来给HR发了一
封邮件投诉，感觉应该不会对烙印有什么影响。我好难。。。🤣 |

我也是面过他们家，都快两星期了都没消息。3轮coding写了六道题，还有design和bq

it is short for a 18-min interview. Did you prepare several questions to ask
him? So that you can have interactivity with the interviewer. Such as, what
is requirement for this position? What is the normal design process in the
group? How do you do quality control during design? What tools do you use
for signal integrity simulation? How do you think about first success in
hardware design? What is the hardware verification process?
Use those questions to lead the conversation to your experience. It can
easily go beyond 18-min. If you couldn't ask some questions to him, then you
need ask yourself :"Do I really have enough experience to fit this position
".
BTW, don't play races card. It only hurts yourself.

questions after that and his reply made it really difficult to have the
conversation going. What’s disgusting is that he told me he think I am a
good match for this position over the phone but rejected me right away due
to lack of experience.

I think keeping a good attitude is better than whining around during the job
hunting. Unless you have hard evidence, your complain cannot do anything to
the interviewer other than making yourself feel bad.
