大家好，
小弟想问一下
h1b是否可以1用于contractor？2 是否可以用于intership
（具体事情是这样，小弟今年幸运抽到了h1b,但是没想到目前的公司效益很不好马上倒
闭。
目前小弟想转行。找一个公司接管我的h1b. 可是转行又没有什么工作经验。entry
level的job又不满足h1b的payment要求。只能opt去做。可是小弟我现在又没有opt了。
现在的问题是目前在indeed这些网上面投简历，收到目前接到了很多印度人的猎头的联
系。说他们是it consulting 公司。给client做项目。大概是6个month contract
他们说可以 take h1b, 但是是w2 positon. 具体邮件如下。
所以想问一下大家
1.这种职位contractor 职位是否真的可以用h1b呢。 一但项目到期了h1b会怎么样呢
2. 到这种staffing 公司 transfer h1b是否会有风险。特别是印度人的
