LifeTein, LLC is seeking a technician to join our team of dedicated
professionals focused on peptide synthesis. The ideal candidate will be
motivated, energetic, forward thinking, and possess outstanding technical
skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence.
Major Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Characterization and identification of compounds using modern analytical
methods including, but not limited to, HPLC, LCMS, and MS
Scientific leadership in solving synthesis problems.
Full compliance with all safety protocols and policies.
Requirements
BS or MS in Biology, Chemistry or related field
Extensive hands-on bench experience in biology, peptide synthesis a plus.
Familiarity with modern separation and analytical chemistry techniques.
Demonstrated ability to solve significant synthetic chemistry problems
evidenced by publications.
Able to do problem solving and trouble shooting at the highest level for
both practical and theoretical synthetic issues.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interdisciplinary interaction skills.
