么流程，更不知道他们怎么验证你说你有的这些症状。请问我该怎么操作，才能最终得

公司员工手册关于workplace harrassment的条目好好研究下，按条目收集证据。
病假带薪假没用完的赶快用，专心在家刷题找工作，这种事情开始了就没有回头路。

这个很容易呀。在网上看看depression的症状，跟医生说一遍就行了。顺便叫医生开点
吸吸。

1. Your report needs to come from a licensed psychologist/psychiatrist.
2. You may be able to sue your employer in tort/discrimination/employment
law etc..
Ex, International Infliction of Emotional Distress

3. You should consult with an attorney who specializes in labor laws/
emotional tort etc...
Your attorney will
1)Assess your situation
2)Advice on what kind of report from your psychologist/psychiatrist will be
the best evidence
3)Advice you on what kind of lawsuit will have the highest chances of

现在我彻底和老板翻脸了，取消所有1:1，只和HR联系，他们不给我活干，我应该怎么

terms that may protect your reputation.
2. Your issues are in the areas of tort, employment law, and discrimination
law.
4. Your attorney will need to assess all of the issues and past records in a
chronological manner to see what option will give you the maximum benefits.
5. My suggestion to you is, find an attorney 1)You can trust him/her. 2)You
feel you can disclose EVERYTHING to him/her. 3)who has experience in labor
law.
6. Your attorney will also advice you what kind of evidence you should
gather/preserve.
I am sorry. The problem is, there is no clear cut answer in many situations
in law. That's why you need to consult with an attorney you can trust as
soon as possible to seek maximum legal protection.

发帖数: 57 | 10 I think the best bet would be googling "how to find a good attorney."
This is my personal opinion but an attorney who cares about his clients will
do a better job. When you have a conversation with the attorney, it may be
a good idea to ask if you feel he/she cares about you as a person.
