In Scrum, on each day of a sprint, the team holds a daily scrum meeting
called the "daily scrum.” Meetings are typically held in the same location
and at the same time each day. Ideally, a daily scrum meeting is held in the
morning, as it helps set the context for the coming day's work.

曾经，码工也是份decent的工作，time is flexible，晚点到也没关系，比如10点半
什么的，离吃饭还有一个多小时嘛。然后坐在中央空调的cube里，写写code，喝喝咖啡
，闲的时候和同事打打屁聊聊天，偷摸上个网，中午出去吃个饭，一天的日子就过去辣
比上不足，比下有余，decent，懂不懂？
现在，有了open space和daily scrum，日子就有了翻天覆地的变化：早上９点
scrummaster就吆喝着，都尼马过来开会！这下不能晚到了。然后码工们一个个睡眼惺
忪地象孙子一样排成一队。
ok, 老板说，先点个名吧。没来的，扣奖金！
好，都到齐了。稍息，立正，挨个汇报一下：
What did you do yesterday? 昨天布置的任务完成了多少？神马？昨天的只干了20%
？养你们干什么吃的？今天都给我补上！
What will you do today? 今天准备完成的工作量是多少？
今天的工作量怎么只有６个小时？养你们干什么吃的？给我凑够８个小时再说
Are there any impediments in your way?
不要找借口，你给我今天把它解决了。要不然，养你们干什么吃的？
好了，散会，manager大手一挥，就象当年周扒皮挥着手里的鞭子一样，长工们（噢，
是码工们）蹑手蹑脚地回到自己的电脑面前，愁苦满脸地开始码code...
多么高效率的一天啊！资本家坐在别野的大皮沙发上，搂着花枝乱颤的小秘，笑得乐开

不过按正综的scrum,是没有manager和老板参与daily scrum meeting的，只有
developers和scrum master参与。 | b*******1
