- Experience with physical commodities in areas such as trade flows,
credit and market practices
- Relationships in Asia. Must be able to hit the ground running. ie; have
deals in the pipeline that need to be executed.
- Carlyle group recently took a 55% share stake in the firm.
- We have known the principal Drew Gilbert since he worked in equity
derivatives at Dresdner bank in NYC
