This is for my group. We have been interviewing for a while. Our pay is not
as high as FLAG, but pretty decent in DC area. The interview process is
very different though, and mostly much easier in my opinion. No tricky
coding problem, just the solid understanding of the college-level programing

complains that it is hard to find a good one. Not sure whether they are
currently hiring though.

Our pay is not as high as banks in NYC, but OK for DC.
It is not easy to make the match too. We have been hiring for this java
position for several months and our bar is not that high either. You are
amazed how many bad candidates we got.

But you need to have some previous experience or in CS major.
