Responsibilities
- Keep up with ecommerce and social trends in mobile. Develop and drive
partner strategy to grow DHgate m-commerce platform via partners.
- Achieve monthly KPIs that align with the growing DHgate m-commerce
platform of partners who develop winning ecommerce solutions in markets.
- Explain structure, benefits and potentials of DHgate m-commerce platform
to prospective partners
- Understand, explain, and drive initial aspects of technical integrations (
e.g. product selection and mobile SDK integrations, server to server
integration)
- Work closely with Product team on determining strategy and go-to-market
Plan with target customers. Leverage and influence partners to create
winning market solutions on DHgate m-commerce platform.
- Work with Sales engineer on key opportunities that require partner
involvement. Leverage sales engineering and marketing resources, and provide
input and ideas on how to improve our system.
- Serve as the primary partner contact for all business activities within
partner list including pre-sales, legal and post-sales relationship
management.
- Manage internal contract completion process and account management handoff
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of business development experience.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of hands-on direct sales/business development experience with
Service (SaaS) or Content Partners with a proven track record in reaching
and exceeding quotas through Partners.
- Experience with developing go-to market plan and selling through channel
partners.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, Mobile apps, and cloud
platforms.
- Familiarity for finding meaningful technology solutions for customer’s
needs within targeted markets.
- Demonstrated analytics and strategic capabilities with the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and develop creative |
