年大概涨10%。不知道从别的公司挖过来会给多少，可能一开始会高一点，然后每年涨
幅比较小。24万是所有director的平均

发帖数: 122 | 4 Bonus is from 0% - 35%, most people get the middle range. 16w is the low
range of market rate for directors, like newly promoted directors. It kinda
overlaps with the high range of manager salary.
I think you can ask for 18w, or if you have any specific skills/clients that
they desperately need, you can basically make your own offer.
But again, they pay you a high starting salary to get you over, then they'll
get it even on bonus and raise. Eventually, you'll be paid like every other
directors at your level.

deloitte S&O/Monitor. management consulting should make a lot more.
there's also generally a time lag to the salary posted on the internet.
actual salary should be somewhat higher due to year over year increase.

发帖数: 122 | 7 yeah, totally depends on line of service. for example, some groups are from
acquisition of other firms and therefore are paid a little higher. Deloitte
consulting pays higher than deloitte, but not much.
