工作经历如下。
Quality Control Engineer, Feb 2014-Present
Play a role between customer’s mechanical design group and manufacturing
vender. Lead the inspector team to inspect incoming products on daily basis
by using caliper, micrometer, gages, profilometer, vision center, CMM and
other instruments. Review customer’s quality warning and rejection, conduct
root cause analysis and implement preventive actions (CAPA). Liaison with
vender for any quality issue, review their corrective action report and work
with them to improve manufacturing processes. Document changes and quality
related events for each product. Conduct weekly engineer meeting to review
all quality related cases with colleagues. Prepare paperwork for audit from
new and existing customers. Conduct first article inspection (FAI) and
prepare sample and paperwork for customer approval. Review paperwork from
vender like certificates, inspection data, PPAP procedure etc. to ensure the
product meets customer’s specifications. Communicate with sales and
warehouse for the cost, BOMs, shipment and all kinds of schedule. AutoCAD,
Solidworks, Excel and Outlook are daily used.
Mechanical Design Engineer， Nov 2013-Feb 2014
Work in a cross function team for flow meter prototype. Design sensor
components according to GD&T and other mechanical laws using VariCAD.
Assemble and test meter model by hand. Analyze velocity of ultrasonic in
different metals and plastics for pipes using oscilloscope and multimeter.
Research and quote technique information, order and classify electronic
components, manage documents and invoices.
Powertrain Intern, Chrysler, Shanghai, China, Jun-Aug 2012
Support R&D reliability team in multiple tasks. Develop speed shift
vibration capture Matlab GUI for C300 and Jeep Compass 2013&2014
transmission test. Build Excel VBA template for test report. Track purchase,
organize hardware components & tool and maintain inventory for test
equipment. Translate and update technical materials and guide non-English
speaking Asian technicians in test tool settings.
