2. Fresh M.S. graduate with no industry working experiences
Here are my suggestions:
1) if you are still in school, make getting a summer/winter internship a
priority over all else (such as research/paper). Many Ph.D. advisers are
selfish and sometimes incompetent. Some only care about the papers you are
going to write for them during the summers.
2) go to a top-notched university for graduate studies
3) move directly to where the jobs are and apply locally

1. 如还没准备好，就坚决不投，不求内推. 一旦推了，电面， 面试不过. 又要等一年或
更长.
2. 不要大规模的在网上投. 有了内推机会，因为你已网推了， 就没法被内推. 还有就是
网推之后 resume可能被机器看，不过， 后面也难.
3. 能找到内推，一定比网推好.
