Position for Process Engineer
Job function: looking for a Plasma Process Engineer who will be working with
a team on a new plasma system development project. Job function includes
responsibility of conducting plasma diagnosis test and Si wafer level test
with various analytical techniques.
Qualifications: Minimum MS degree in Physics or related Engineering majors
with basic understanding of plasma fundamental, familiar with major Si wafer
processing analytical techniques, e.g. SIMS, RBS, XPS, TXRF, TW, etc. Hands
-on experiences with processing vacuum system is highly desired. Must have
good communication skill with development team members and field support

this May with a Ph.D. in MSE, focused on plused laser deposition of ceramic
thin films on Si, and other substrates.
I am well experienced with multiple characterization techniques. |
