他们从12年底到如今共融资300M，去年据说烧了100M，那也还剩200M，离burnout还早
呢。。。并且，他们去年大概处理了20B的payments，按照0.2%（they charge 2.75%
from merchants, but most of that money goes to visa/mastercard)的毛利来算，
也有40M的收入，加上对transaction的大数据的处理，应该还是有得折腾得。（当然，
我只是自己google和瞎猜，大家看看就好）

俺觉得有没有愿意接手的都是问题，像点样的retailer都自己做monitization这块，肥
水不流外人田，外加保护商业信息。大额的P2P主要是银行，谁没事拿个phone出来刷卡。
收购价2，3个B，发中财的希望也不大

么差，估计是看上去上市的泡泡吹不够大所以现在想找收购或暂缓上市。
他们从12年底到如今共融资300M，去年据说烧了100M，那也还剩200M，离burnout还早
呢。。。并且，他们去年大概处理了20B的payments，按照0.2%（they charge 2.75%
from merchants, but most of that money goes to visa/mastercard)的毛利来算，
也有40M的收入，加上对transaction的大数据的处理，应该还是有得折腾得。（当然，
我只是自己google和瞎猜，大家看看就好）

can't get new investors.
Square contacted Paypal and Apple already, neither willing to buy it for

larger payments, the profit margin is even lower.
They offered $ on secondary market to hook more investors because they need
more cash to keep business as they are keep losing money. They postpone IPO
because they are not willing to release their current financial info.

俺觉得有没有愿意接手的都是问题，像点样的retailer都自己做monitization这块，肥
水不流外人田，外加保护商业信息。大额的P2P主要是银行，谁没事拿个phone出来刷卡。
收购价2，3个B，发中财的希望也不大
